    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the recruitment process for our organization. This key role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director to source, attract, hire, and onboard top talent for our team.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Sourcing and Outreach
      • Source Candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or other job boards.
      • Nurture relationships with referral sources, including schools and job fairs.
    • Marketing
      • Update job postings on various websites, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and educational institutions.
      • Maintain accurate information on company recruitment pages across multiple job platforms.
    • Applicant Screening/Interviewing
      • Evaluate applications and assess candidate qualifications.
      • Conduct Zoom interviews and skills assessments to identify top candidates.
      • Coordinate interviews with hiring supervisors and ensure timely follow-up.
      • Verify accurate data entry in Paycom ATS and monitor candidate progress.
    • New Hire Onboarding
      • Prepare and distribute offer letters, agreements, and HR paperwork.
      • Ensure clearance systems are up-to-date and new staff members have access to necessary systems.
      • Facilitate introductions to various departments, including IT, Payroll, Billing, Direct Supervisor, and Case Managers.
      • Monitor Indeed platform analytics to inform job campaigns, spending, trends, and other relevant metrics.
    • System Upgrades
      • Collaborate with the HR Director to continuously update systems, policies, and procedures.

      Requirements

      • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
      • Strong application review and interview screening skills.
      • Proven expertise in managing full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
      • A positive attitude, ability to effectively communicate the company culture.
      • A willingness to receive feedback and engage in continuous self-improvement.
      • Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and take responsibility.
      • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proven experience in recruitment efforts and familiarity with ATS applications, recruitment sites, and social media.
