- Leads requirements gathering and development of analytics supporting complex globally use products
- Leads and defines the strategic direction for their product area
- Manages the analytics roadmap for their product area and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables and meet project deadlines
- Defines, develops, and deploys queries to support the analysis of data for a variety of products
- Leads data model creation and maintenance for complex analytics and data management processes for analytics projects/products
- Conducts QA and participates in cross-product risk analysis and mitigation.
- Understands how security and privacy laws such as HIPAA affect their work and how to handle sensitive data including PHI and PII
- Demonstrates leadership in analytics design, implementation and delivery
