    AU Mortgage Credit Analyst (Hybrid)

    Background
    • PeoplePartners is a certified Great Place to Work (GPTW), and we're partnering with a high-performing Australian mortgage business to hire an experienced AU Mortgage Credit Analyst.
    • This is not a training role. This is not a stepping stone.
    • We're looking for someone who is currently performing this exact role for Australian mortgage brokers — and can operate independently from Day 1.
    About the Role
    • You'll manage end-to-end Australian mortgage processing — from document collection and credit assessment through to submission and lender coordination.
    • You must already be hands-on with:
      • AFG aggregator
      • Flex / ApplyOnline (AOL)
      • Broker Engine
    • If you're not actively using these platforms in your current role, this won't be the right fit.
    Your Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and validate loan application documents.
    • Draft Preliminary Credit Assessments (PCA).
    • Complete servicing calculations and borrowing capacity analysis.
    • Assess lender policy fit and identify risk.
    • Submit applications via Flex / ApplyOnline.
    • Manage BID, VOI, Credit Guide and NCCP compliance.
    • Track applications, coordinate MIR responses, order valuations.
    • Maintain accurate CRM updates (Broker Engine).
    • Conduct refinance and equity release analysis.
    • Complete pre- and post-submission QA checks.

    Requirements

    About YOU
    • You don't need hand-holding.
    • You don't "hope" your submissions are correct — you know they are.
    • You understand NCCP, BID, and VOI without Googling them.
    • You can name the lenders you've lodged with in the past six months.
    • You're confident screen-sharing your workflow during interview.
    About YOUR Work History
    • Minimum 2+ years current Australian mortgage processing experience.
    • Currently employed in an AU mortgage role or left within the last 3 months.
    • End-to-end loan processing experience.
    • Direct experience with major Australian lenders (CBA, ANZ, Westpac, NAB, Macquarie, non-banks).
    • Proven high first-time-right submission rate.
    • Daily use of AFG, Flex/ApplyOnline, and Broker Engine.
    Preferred
    • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
    • Experience with property investors.
    • HubSpot exposure.
