Job Summary
The primary role of the Payments and Channels Management Officer is to ensure effective and efficient management,implementation and business growth of RBG's strategic initiatives related to the banks existing payment channels and digital onboarding programs.
The PCMO is tasked to improve both employee and customer experience through collaborations with different Business Units/Groups
with the end-state goal of improved product competitiveness, accelerated market penetration, business growth and improved internal processes.
