    Senior CloudOps Engineer

    Location: Greenfield, Mandaluyong (Full Onsite)

    Work Schedule: 24/7 Shifting Schedule

    Work Arrangement: Full Onsite

    Holiday Work: Required

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced Senior CloudOps Engineer to help manage and optimize our multi-cloud environments. This role is critical in ensuring the high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency of our mission-critical systems. You will work closely with SRE partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to drive operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure high availability, performance, and security across multi-cloud infrastructure.
    • Collaborate with SRE teams and other technical groups to maintain seamless operations.
    • Serve as an escalation point for user issues, providing advanced troubleshooting, investigations, and systems administration.
    • Assist in process documentation, reporting, data analysis, and automation improvements.
    • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance systems and operations.
    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for cloud platforms and services, influencing operational strategy.
    • Mentor and coach junior CloudOps engineers.
    • Lead engineering initiatives and projects that support technical excellence.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field (required).
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with AWS, plus hands-on experience with at least one other public cloud (Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud).
    • Cloud design/architecting experience is a strong plus.
    • Proven experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructures.
    • 2–3+ years of experience working with DevOps tools such as: Git, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, TeamCity, Spinnaker, etc.
    • Experience deploying on Kubernetes or similar platforms.
    • Strong background in technical customer success and support, particularly in systems platforms, infrastructure, and services.
    • AWS or other cloud certifications (preferred but not required).
