- Technical Sourcing: Find top-tier talent for technical roles like Cybersecurity, Software Development, and Engineering.
- Federal Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet the specific requirements needed for US Federal Government projects.
- Candidate Engagement: Be the "face" of the company. You should be comfortable and confident talking to candidates of all levels, making sure they have a great experience.
- System Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized and up to date.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in US Recruitment.
- Niche Knowledge: Proven experience hiring for US Federal Government contracts (understanding government terminology and requirements is a must).
- Great Communicator: Excellent English speaking and writing skills. You must be confident in "selling" the role and entertaining candidate questions.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with any ATS and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working the Graveyard Shift to align with US business hours.
- Proactive Attitude: Someone who doesn't wait for applications to come in but goes out and finds the best talent.
