    The Migration Services Coordinator is a crucial member of our team, assisting Migration Agents in meticulously preparing and managing visa and skill assessment applications.

    This role demands precise attention to detail, a strong understanding of migration documentation, and an exemplary service ethos to ensure our clients are smoothly navigated through their migration journey.


    Job Details:
    Migration Services Coordinator
    Eastwood Libis, Quezon City (Onsite)
    Mondays to Fridays | 6 AM to 3 PM
    *Following Australian Public Holidays


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Migration Agents in collecting necessary documentation, drafting, and lodging skill assessment and visa applications.
    • Conduct thorough reviews to ensure all applications adhere to varying Skill Assessment requirements.
    • Keep clients informed through phone and email, responding to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
    • Arrange and lodge ancillary assessments and checks such as AFP checks, insurance, and medical examinations.
    • Maintain an accurate and organized filing system to ensure seamless retrieval and updating of client information.
    • Adhere to strict timelines, managing daily tasks efficiently to ensure application processes stay on track.
    • Contribute to team efforts in enhancing the service delivery process, identifying, and implementing improvements where necessary.
    • Undertake ad-hoc administrative and student service tasks as required, showcasing a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
    • Experience in the migration industry, with a preference for those having worked in a similar role assisting Migration Agents.
    • Proficient in handling various types of visa applications including skilled migration, employer-sponsored, family visa, training visa, and Student Visa.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document collection, application drafting, and data entry.
    • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and provide stellar customer service.
    • Ability to adapt to new information or unexpected changes, making well-informed decisions under pressure.
    • Proven time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage own workload to meet deadlines.
    • Knowledgeable in the use of digital tools for record-keeping and communication.
    • Experience in an international migration firm is considered an asset, showcasing an ability to navigate varying migration laws and documentation requirements.
