- Program management, strategic planning and optimizing performance to increase revenue, analyzing data and results, etc.
- Recruit, train, onboard, and manage relationships with business partners, agents, and existing clients for sales growth and expansion.
- Works with the Head of Insurance in developing and implementing affiliate marketing programs, managing relationships with affiliates, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and providing support and guidance to affiliates.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information.
- Coordination on payments and policy issuance.
- Supports in delivering consistent performance of affiliates on sales and onboarding
- Going out and meeting potential affiliates, institutions, or agencies and representing the company and its affiliates professionally and convincingly.
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in non-life insurance or dealership is a must
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and do field works
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
