    JOB DESCRIPTION:


    Coordinating sales efforts with our marketing programsUnderstanding and promoting company programsRecording of deposits of payment from clients and coordinating this information to our Administrator.

    Coordinating with our Administrator the sales contracts for orders and submitting them to the clientsMaintaining client recordsPreparing sales proposals and quotationsAdministrative Tasks:
    Undertaking daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning and coordination of the department.
    Updating spreadsheets, databases, and Tour Package inventories with relevant information.


    Assisting in Marketing Campaigns:
    Preparation of marketing materialsContributing to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns

    Skills and Qualifications:
    Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
    Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
    Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
    Familiarity with market research techniques and databases.

    Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, and online applicationsWorking Days:
    Mondays to Fridays: 09:00 am to 06:00 PMSaturdays: ON-CALL, depending on the work requirements
