    Job Summary:

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts to promote our products/services and engage our target audience. You will be responsible for planning, creating, trafficking, and publishing compelling digital content across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation:

    • Develop engaging and relevant digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, static, videos, infographics, and more.
    • Ensure content aligns with the brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.

    Content Trafficking, Scheduling, and Publishing:

    • Coordinate and ensure timely submission of digital content from Social Media Content Creators.
    • Manage content distribution across multiple digital channels, social media platforms, and websites.
    • Utilize content management systems (CMS) – Meltwater / Meta Business Suite and others.
    • Monitor and maintain content calendars to ensure timely and consistent publishing.

    Social Media Management:

    • Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement.
    • Monitor social media channels and community Pages, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
    • Track social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Use digital marketing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital content and campaigns.
    • Prepare regular reports and provide insights to improve digital marketing strategies.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, SEO specialists, and marketing managers, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to incorporate into marketing efforts.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    · Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Content Publisher.

    · Proficiency in content creation and publishing tools and platforms.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

    · Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

    · Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time consistently.
