The Mobile Tech Lead is responsible in overseeing a team of Mobile Engineers to implement department strategy.Key responsibilities include ensuring service delivery within time budget quality serving point contact for team ensuring IT applications systems reliable resolving frequent incidents permanently reducing downtime business coaching developing mentoring leading team enhance capabilities fulfill responsibilities.
Requirements include Bachelor degree Computer Science Software Engineering related major proficiency React-Native years professional experience experience leading engineer proficiency rendering components Native API JavaScript modern HTML understanding REST APIs document request model offline storage integrating third-party APIs hands-on experience tools like Webpack Enzyme Flux Redux familiarity native build tools XCode Gradle Android Studio IntelliJ released apps appStore Playstore using React-Native solid understanding functional object-oriented programming good knowledge performance limits characteristics knowledge memory management multi-threading experienced CI CD tools Jenkins SonarQube good sense UI design user-oriented focus proficient code versioning tools GIT able analyze evaluate engineering problems find best possible solution in-depth understanding different phases software development lifecycle Agile Scrum processes willingness adapt to changes priorities requirements flexibility adaptability desire learn new languages technologies active learner passionate technology keeps up date innovations good communications skills.
