    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Oversee the performance of Quality Control Inspection (IPQC and Measurement).
    • Sets direction of the QC Operations working force based on the company's long term mission and vision.
    • Analyze related data/figures necessary to improve performance of the operations.
    • Ensure that all customer claim and related complaints are responded to the specified time.
    • Initiate, recommends and provide solutions through designated channels.
    • Verify the implementation of solutions.
    • Control further processing delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory conditions has been corrected.
    • Conduct regular meeting within the department and to other concerned department or sections whenever necessary.
    • To monitor the discipline and conduct of subordinates and apply necessary action if company's rules and regulation has been violated.
    • Conduct technical training to employee to improve their ability and skills.
    • Comply with the company standard rule & regulations.
