Job summary
The appointment setter/cold caller will manage outbound calls in a timely manner following scripts when handling different topics thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information access and fulfill customer needs educate the customer where applicable obtains client information by answering telephone calls interviewing clients verifying information scheduling meetings and appointments maintain
a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
