    The Offline Marketing Manager spearheads the offline marketing team to drive awareness, traffic, engagement, and sales through offline marketing and sales channels.

    Accountable for Retail Marketing, Store Design, In-store Strategy and Visual Merchandising Execution — he/she will lead strategy and executions on offline channels to drive customer acquisition and retention, using consumer insights, industry knowledge and strategic thinking.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic Planning & Execution - Lead integrated offline marketing strategies aligned with the brand's overall strategy, overseeing retail marketing, store design, in-store strategy, and visual merchandising execution.
    • Retail Marketing - Lead retail marketing campaigns across various channels to boost brand awareness, increase store foot traffic, and execute targeted programs for specific markets.
    • Retail Design - Provide strategic direction to the Retail Design team for new and existing store projects, ensuring customer-centric designs and collaboration with Sales teams.
    • In-store Strategy and Visual Merchandising - Guide the in-store strategy and visual merchandising teams to enhance the customer experience, digitalize the store experience, and integrate Sales efforts.
    • Communication & Collaboration - Communicate strategic recommendations effectively, foster open communication within teams, collaborate across departments for goal-oriented execution, and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
    • People Management - Integrate and oversee offline marketing teams, provide mentorship, ensure timely delivery, support team growth and development, and promote transparent working methods.
    • Brand & Product Knowledge - Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the brand's products and services, showing a deep understanding of all product lines.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a relevant field
    • 3-7 years of professional experience in brand, merchandising, marketing, or a related area
    • Experience overseeing marketing operations within offline or retail channels
    • Proven track record in managing various marketing campaigns, such as integrated marketing, out-of-home, ATL/BTL, or shopper marketing; prior experience in an advertising agency is advantageous
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, foster growth and development in both personnel and business outcomes
    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving aptitude
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software tools
