Job summary

Develop subject matter expertise on assigned systems as required to develop and execute tests Develops automated testing scripts and code modules for testing automation Quickly and accurately performs troubleshooting and repair of existing test scripts Executes functional tests using automation tools and reports results using defined process and resources Performs manual testing when automation is not available Reports defects/bugs using the defined reporting process Contribute on integrating on-shore and off-shore automation code Contribute on creation of automation processes and procedures with input from business teams development IT Support Develops effective maintainable code in a timely fashion following established standards techniques Shows a strong attention to development detail produces high-quality code Participates in code reviews to ensure adherence to established coding architectural standards Maintains a working knowledge of Asurions applications system integration able to understand changes in order anticipate cross-system or cross-process impacts Performs scheduled ad-hoc emergency tasks within the departments scope Ensures the appropriate adherence to Asurions inter-departmental processes procedures Provides proper status notifications updates

• Bachelor Degree 3-4 years software application development testing experience Atleast 3 years hands-on experience automated testing tools Experience proficient Playwright Cucumber-Selenium test automation tools Highly self-motivated directed keen attention detail Experience operating Agile Scrum environment Working knowledge Structured Query Language SQL relational database structures Experience troubleshooting solving technical problems Ability work independently remove roadblocks Experience reporting results clear detailed analytical style fact-based metrics Strong communication skills Able share thoughts important matter report effectively immediate concerns/issues
