    We are seeking an experienced US Tax Accountant with hands-on exposure to individual and business tax returns, including multi-state filings. This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in US accounting firms or offshore tax environments and are confident handling client communication and compliance independently. This is a full-time FREELANCE, on-site role for a US Tax Accountant based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

    What You'll Handle:

    1. Preparation of Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065
    2. Multi-state tax filings and apportionment
    3. Book-to-tax reconciliation
    4. Handling IRS notices and extension filings (Form 4868, etc.)
    5. Identifying tax credits, deductions, and compliance risks
    6. Direct communication with US-based clients

    What We're Looking For:

    1. 3+ US tax seasons completed
    2. Experience in Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, or similar software
    3. Knowledge of GAAP vs Tax accounting
    4. Experience handling multi-state returns
    5. Comfortable working night shift onsite in Eastwood QC
    6. CPA (PH) or EA is a strong advantage
