Job summary
The Service Advisor will perform various tasks consistent with the corporate vision and mission statements. They will receive customers personally, check vehicle details and service history,
undertake repair orders listing of service pricing,
establish committed price to customer,
assist in cross-selling other services parts accessories generate additional sales company.
Schedules workshop utilization loading repairs assignment jobs technicians Prepares requisition ordering parts needed for repairs Ensures process flows workshop reception observed Monitors repair done by technicians quality work specifications Provides feedback status customers secures approval complementary services suggested undertaken course repair process Undertakes order closing quality check inspection automotive unit repaired prepares invoice covering cost repairs undertaken Discusses extent services provided car return turn-over Prepares daily reporting metrics product concern report consolidation submission Ford Group Philippines Provides technical assistance regards unit customer concerns technician problems assistance workshop department problems Attends seminars workshops product knowledge technical skills enhancement Performs duties analogous germane related implied enumeration duties responsibilities.
