- Build of automated tasks in SAP using BPA (formally task centre), B1UP and crystal reports and SAP Schema
- Maintenance of existing BPA tasks, troubleshooting, and break fix issues
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web building/coding skills to support the marketing team in maintaining BrysonBase by building new landing pages and content updates.
- Building and maintenance of a central reporting platform for business intelligence internal and external – MS Power BI
- Identify and resolve system, ERP or printer issues that are reported.
- Data imports and updates to ERP system
- Building custom reports in excel, SQL and SAP B1
- Project support on growth and development of our BrysonBase ecommerce / e-procurement portal alongside our web developers and internal team
- Completion of projects within the agreed timeline
- Able to build complex tasks using BPA (formally task centre)
- Creation of tasks using SAP schema
- Experience using and building B1 Usability Package
- Skilled in SQL/XML and Webservices
- Crystal Report generation
- Power BI data modelling and dashboard design
- Task management to complete projects on agreed timelines
- Accurate data entry and system configuration
