    The Assistant Marketing Managers for VisMin ( Marketing & Brand Experience) is responsible for defining offline commerce channel and digital e-commerce channel strategy and vision, translating that into key strategies, and building organizational capabilities to execute the said strategies effectively, consistently, and aligned to Sales Operations efforts.

    A Key leadership role that truly owns and delivers the last mile brand and marketing management of the customer and channel, which includes not just customer engagement and sales growth contribution but also marketing strategy, trade marketing & advertising investment strategy, data sharing and analytics, and IT capabilities integration for our new digital eCommerce initiatives.

    Leads the regional offline trade marketing teams and is responsible for discovering and developing innovative strategic marketing opportunities directly to consumers through collaboration and integration of company brands and the customers.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Offline Store Growth, and eCommerce business channels in service to our brand and business objectives, while working very closely with the Sales Operations teams and Franchisees in the region.
    • Optimizes the channel mix across all O&O (offline/online) distribution channels and online fulfillment models, such as, Click-&-Collect/Advanced Ordering, and through the offline store sales
    • Formulates strategic direction of the Brand in the offline & online space to meet via Regional perspective of Brand growth objectives and to maximize opportunities with the relevant brand fit.
    • Creates annual operating and marketing plans including recommendations for promotions, offline and online eCommerce marketing, customer-facing product packaging, and physical store design.
    • Prepares computations and projections about costs and budgets as part of marketing program planning & execution and regularly monitor expenses and take necessary corrective actions to ensure that projects are within budget
    • Defines and manages the regional marketing calendar and ensures that it is always aligned with sales efforts and the Brand's overall goals and objectives.
    • Monitors all marketing programs in the region to comply with the established marketing standards, policies, and guidelines and ensure proper implementation of the stores' merchandising and in-store décor following the set guidelines and current POP guide (i.e. Brand, Product and Retail Strategy, LSM Guidelines, etc.)
    • Designs best-in-class digital design & optimization capabilities that will allow the Brand to deliver consistently great online brand experiences to our consumers.
    • Builds strong relationships with Franchisees to ensure achievement of business objectives as well as marketing message consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Develops a special advertising medium and launches seasonal campaigns with strong experience via creative artworks and world-class execution.
    • Conducts market research (demographics and economy), and focus groups discussions.
    • Monitors and evaluates local competitive efforts and impact to the region and recommends appropriate action to counteract as needed and maintain a database of local store competitive network as well as competitive marketing activities for real-time reference.
    • Heads, supervises, handles feedback and performance appraisals of Brand Experience Specialists. Fully manage the implementation of programs for engagement, communication, motivation, and discipline.
    • Acts as a training consultant in close coordination with the training department for marketing training needs & performance of the region
