    V-Green Global Charging Stations Development aims to invest in a robust charging infrastructure that prioritizes supporting VinFast vehicles and advancing Vietnam's leadership in electric vehicle charging stations.

    OVERVIEW: Reconciliation Payment Specialist ensures accurate and timely reconciliation of financial transactions, particularly those related to payments, by comparing internal records with external data sources and resolving discrepancies.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform account reconciliation - Compare internal records with external statements (e.g., bank, vendor, payroll) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
    • Investigate discrepancies - Identify mismatches and determine their root causes, then resolve them through corrective actions.
    • Maintain documentation - Create and update reconciliation procedures, ensuring all steps are clearly documented for audit and compliance purposes.
    • Support financial reporting - Provide accurate reconciliation data to assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
    • Collaborate with internal team - Work closely with accounting, finance, and operations departments to streamline reconciliation processes and share findings.
    • Ensure compliance - Adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements related to financial data integrity.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Certified Public Accountant or equivalent certification is an advantage
    • 1–3 years of experience in reconciliation roles, financial services, or large-scale corporate environments
    • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and reconciliation tools.
