    JOB SUMMARY

    The Business Policies Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining organizational policies to ensure compliance, operational efficiency and alignment with business goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments to establish clear guidelines that support business strategies and regulatory requirements.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Develop, review and update business policies in alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards.

    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are practical, clear and effectively communicated.

    3. Provide guidance to employees on policy understanding and implementation.

    4. Serve as a subject matter expert on business policies, advising leadership on potential risks and opportunities related to policy changes.

    5. Manage the documentation and version control of all policy-related materials.

    6. Coordinate with legal, compliance and operational teams to address policy related issues.

    7. Support business units in interpreting and applying policies to day-to-day operations.

    8. Analyze trends and feedback to continuously improve policy effectiveness and relevance.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

    1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field

    2. 5+ years of experience in policy development, compliance, governance, or a business operations role

    3. Experience working cross-functionally across departments (e.g. Legal, HR, Compliance, Operations, Finance)

    4. Exposure to audits, risk assessments or regulatory environments is preferred

    5. Skills in policy development and documentation
