    Job Requirements

    Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

    Job Description

    1. Performs business requirements gathering from external and internal stakeholders using elicitation techniques and ensures proper documentation of these requirements using approved templates and forms
    2. Creates business requirements documentation and creates system specifications that drive product development and implementation
    3. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates client's requirement to implement systems solutions to support the client's business processes requirements
    4. Creates functional specifications provided by internal and external stakeholders of developed products and services
    5. Creates process flow chart or diagram to provide a visual overview of all the tasks and relationships in a business process
    6. Function as a liaison between business users and the technical team
    7. Participates in software design collaboration sessions with the solutions architect and development teams to define software functionalities and enhancements of developed products and services
    8. Manages development of developed products and services, features, and enhancements as aligned with each product's roadmap
    9. Coordinates activity schedules and user acceptance to project delivery team and external clients
    10. Formulates project scoping and pricing of services for project implementation of different packaged solutions proposed to external clients
    11. Documents project actualization costs to ensure that costs are still within the budget and alerts team lead when actual costs are about to exceed estimated costs
    12. Leads risk assessment sessions with project team for identifying risks, ensuring mitigating plans are solid, and taking on the responsibility for follow through of proposed mitigating plans for each assigned project
    13. Consolidates and validates build packages and patches as endorsed by the quality assurance analyst for proper commercial versioning and documentation and handover to implementation team
    14. Monitors software issues of developed products and services as handled by the support team from problem reporting to resolution
    15. Conduct post-project meetings with the project team to discuss the different project aspects like lessons learned, what we did well, and what we can further improve on
    16. Ensure that all issues encountered during project implementation phase are properly addressed and resolved in a timely manner
    17. Conducts regular checkpoints or meetings with the business users to ensure that issues are appropriately addressed
    18. Research on new technologies for improving usage of marketed products and applications as well as to enhance existing packaged solutions to clients
    19. Participates in collaboration sessions with the solutions architect and development teams to discuss prioritization of software functionalities and enhancements of developed products and services
    20. Coaches junior business analysts on business requirements gathering from external and internal stakeholders using different techniques
    21. Perform all other job-related tasks that may be assigned by the service delivery team lead
    22. Business analyst I report to the service delivery team lead
    23. Solves a range of straightforward problems and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
    24. Business analyst I work is closely managed and can do activities defined with significant guidance from the team lead
    25. Works with minimal guidance from the team lead
    26. Business analyst I can provide guidance to other team members and provide recommendations to clients to improve their processes.
