Technical Business Analyst

Collaborate closely with our digital product owners and counterparts from various business units to craft compelling user stories, offering customer-centric insights to elucidate the rationale behind features, and defining acceptance criteria at the appropriate level to enable the team to devise optimal solutions. You will engage with technical teams to thoroughly understand the business logic and technology, meticulously documenting detailed technical solutions through precise diagrams, innovative wireframes (with support from the UX/UI team), and lucid descriptions. Additionally, you will collaborate with our QA, infrastructure, digital marketing teams, and business units to ensure that our deliverables are of top-notch quality, scalable, and seamless for customers. Moreover, you will liaise with other business analysts to harmonize the requirements of multiple business units into cohesive and elegant solutions.

• Proficient in eliciting, documenting, managing, and interpreting business requirements, demonstrating a keen understanding of user needs and effectively translating them into technical specifications.
• Knowledgeable about web technology, frameworks, and various IT systems and platforms.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, UAT testers, and other business stakeholders.
• Skilled in conducting interviews, workshops, and other methods to gain in-depth insight into business processes and requirements.
• Competent in documenting process maps to visualize business workflows.
• Familiar with user interface design principles and adept at employing user-centric design processes.
• Well-versed in project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in driving change through influence and collaboration, adept at managing relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating and interpreting complex data, systems, and business processes.
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Appreciation for design thinking methodologies.
