Job summary
The Operations Officer will work under the supervision of the SOO III and perform tasks related to B2B market segment of the business including improving win rate for all RFQ and ITB submissions, ensuring GMV targets are met, managing end-to-end order fulfillment from forward to reverse logistics and customer support after sales.Responsibilities
- Improve win rate for all RFQ and ITB submissions.
- Ensure GMV targets are met (monthly, quarterly and annually).
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from forward to reverse logistics and customer support (after sales).
