We are looking for a Field Trainer to strengthen our Partners & Distribution team. This role focuses on delivering impactful training to sales managers and frontline sales teams directly in the field.+
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end training programs: needs assessment, design, facilitation (in-person & online), feedback collection, and effectiveness evaluation
- Conduct regular field training for sales managers and frontline sales teams
