- Supports the planning and execution of divestiture-related programs and projects across all project phases.
- Manages senior stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts related to scope, requirements, priorities, and budget.
- Facilitates, documents, and prioritizes business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment across workstreams.
- Acts as a key coordination point between Business, IT, HR, Finance, and vendors throughout the divestiture lifecycle.
- Aligns new and existing technologies with business needs using SDLC and portfolio management practices.
- Proactively identifies and manages project risks, dependencies, issues, and change impacts, serving as the first escalation point.
- Supports and drives change management activities related to systems, processes, and organizational changes.
- Plans and coordinates resources to ensure delivery of project milestones and critical dependencies.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepares and delivers PMO dashboards, project status reports, and executive updates.
- Communicates complex technical and business information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Supports project chartering, governance setup, and sponsorship alignment with key stakeholders.
- Provides guidance or informal mentorship to junior team members as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or related field (required).
- 5–8+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Business Analysis roles within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Proven experience supporting divestiture, carve-out, separation, or large transformation projects (strongly preferred).
- Strong background in business requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization.
- Experience working with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT systems as part of transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of project governance, SDLC, and portfolio management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders and external vendors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear insights.
- Experience working in global or regional projects is an advantage.
- PMO or Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) are a plus.
