Key Responsibilities:

• Operates independently with minimal supervision, translating strategic direction into structured PMO plans, governance, and delivery tracking.
• Supports the planning and execution of divestiture-related programs and projects across all project phases.
• Manages senior stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts related to scope, requirements, priorities, and budget.
• Facilitates, documents, and prioritizes business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment across workstreams.
• Acts as a key coordination point between Business, IT, HR, Finance, and vendors throughout the divestiture lifecycle.
• Aligns new and existing technologies with business needs using SDLC and portfolio management practices.
• Proactively identifies and manages project risks, dependencies, issues, and change impacts, serving as the first escalation point.
• Supports and drives change management activities related to systems, processes, and organizational changes.
• Plans and coordinates resources to ensure delivery of project milestones and critical dependencies.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepares and delivers PMO dashboards, project status reports, and executive updates.
• Communicates complex technical and business information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Supports project chartering, governance setup, and sponsorship alignment with key stakeholders.
• Provides guidance or informal mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or related field (required).
• 5–8+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Business Analysis roles within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proven experience supporting divestiture, carve-out, separation, or large transformation projects (strongly preferred).
• Strong background in business requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization.
• Experience working with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT systems as part of transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of project governance, SDLC, and portfolio management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders and external vendors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear insights.
• Experience working in global or regional projects is an advantage.
• PMO or Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) are a plus.

• Shift - Morning OR Mid shift
• Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work (in Paranaque for early-mid 2025 but will eventually move to BGC office last quarter of 2025 to start of
• Location is in Paranaque
• The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
• Employment Arrangement: Project Based (6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
