Job summary
The Employee Relations Specialist will support the People Partner in managing employee relations matters ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies resolving workplace conflicts and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Conducts investigations into employee complaints grievances and misconduct.
- Supports disciplinary and performance management processes.
- Advises managers on policy interpretation and employee relations best practices.
