    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Ensure proper implementation and compliance with the company policies related to Admin procedures.
    • IImplement and maintain property accountability form of all employees indicating all assigned fixed assets and non-consumable i.e. , laptops, pc, etc...
    • Responsible for the efficient, effective, and economical storage, requisition, and distribution of all office supplies and fixed assets. Such as:
      • Monitoring of consumables inventory like office supplies, cleaning materials, etc.
      • Monitoring of stock level and reordering requirement
    • Monitoring of processing of all documents and government compliance concerning business permit renewal.
    • Processing of requests for payments in admin-related activities such as payment for car rentals, PMS, IT services, repair services, etc.
    • Assist the Admin Manager in monitoring office security.
    • Assist the HRAD in the execution of repair and maintenance of office facilities.
    • Coordinates and builds external professional and skilled worker alliances to ensure the best work methods are achieved by creating and maintaining a list of independent contractors, freelancers, on-call project-based IT technicians, drivers, electricians, carpenters, and plumbers.
    • Ensure the most cost-efficient quality, sourcing, and implementation of required repair and maintenance works.
    • Coordinates with building maintenance and repairs if needed.
    • Keep track of the maintenance, utilization, and proper use of the company's service vehicle.
    • Supervise all Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) related activities, such as but not limited to: (a) request for approval of vehicle repairs, (b) canvassing of suppliers and mechanic services (c) completion of the required work
    • In charge of supervising the task of janitorial services.
    • Making sure that their tasks are completed satisfactorily. Like, such as maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of common work areas.
    • Ensure the proper upkeep of the company, including its amenities and utilities following company standards on safety, cleanliness, and orderliness.
    • Make sure that all admin transactions are properly documented and reviewed.
    • Orderly keeping of file records
    • Responsible for procurement and ordering of materials.
    • Assist in the preparation of business communication, minutes of the meetings and simple reports.
