    We are looking SAP Fico Solutions Lead that will collaborate with the External Consultants whether Functional or Technical. The goal is to achieve the success of the delivery of the software product and/or service.
    You are accountable for the delivery of the individual work unit of code and test documents assigned to you. The success measures for the delivery of the work units assigned can be measured if it is delivered on time, within the budget and with good quality.
    WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
    SAP Fico Solutions Lead will ensure high quality work products and adhere to pre-defined repeatable processes. Meet quality goals for all tasks assigned throughout the performance year.
    • Can define/ evaluate technical requirements, initiate procurement process, and monitor budgets and availments
    • Can conduct system gap analysis and identify measures to address the gaps between existing and proposed system
    • Can assess business requirements and translate these IT needs into a system design specification
    • Can design implementation plan and identify required resources (financial and people) to ensure successful project implementation
    • Can plan/ assess acceptance testing and data conversion approach and manages the seamless integration of multiple inter-related solutions
    • Can handle orientation of high-level users/executives and execute 'IT training and cascade' programs to ensure
    • continuous knowledge transfer
    • Can facilitate meetings to clarify business processes, manage timelines for assigned function, and resolve minor project concerns
    • Can handle multiple and changing priorities as assigned and plan/lead small to medium projects and
    • installations
    • Can identify functional hierarchy and define functions to be performed by the new system and their relationship with each other
    • Can evaluate feasibility and workability of system design
    • Can formulate user acceptance criteria and conduct actual system validation with key process owners
    WHO ARE YOU?
    You have a degree in Computer Science, Information and Technology, Accountancy or a similar field and have background in Agile or Waterfall implementation methodology.
    • At least 5-10years of related work experience in programming and/or technology practice
    • At least 4 Full Cycle Implementation Work Experience. In the case of Applications and Operations Support a work experience equivalency evaluations should be performed, but should be commensurate to the aforementioned experience.
    • Has certification specific to the programming and/or technology is a plus but not required (I.e. SAP ABAP, Mendix )
    • Experience in S/4 HANA Implementation and/or Support is preferred.
    • Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of RECORD TO REPORT.
    • Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP, QM, PM,).
    • Proven ability to work creative and analytically in a problem solving environment.
