Job summary
The Area Manager shall support the Regional Station Manager on on-ground project management for fleet expansion and launching expansion ensuring sufficient resources and operability within the set target timeline. The Area Manager shall manage hub operations within assigned areas by meeting the desired hub health and promptly resolving operational gaps or problems , ensure that all hubs under his/her care are aligned and compliant with company protocols strategies and directives.Responsibilities
- Monitor the Station Head's progress against timelines in opening hubs
- Conduct random audits across all stations under his care to determine address operational gap if there is any
- Ensure that all Station Heads are compliant with finance-related protocols such as but not limited to use of company resources management of funds assigned to station expenses be thoroughly checked endorsed for approval/disapprovel regular basis ensure good cash flow prevent catch fraud
