Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Architect to join our growing team to manage and deliver architectural projects aligned with our company's expansion and operational goals. The role requires a proactive architect who can design, manage, and implement multiple projects across different sites and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
As part of a corporate setup, the Project Architect will work closely with internal departments (e.g., operations, procurement, business development), contractors, and consultants to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full cycle of design and implementation for company-owned or leased branches, offices, or commercial spaces.
Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and working drawings.
Coordinate with internal teams (HR/Admin, Operations, Finance) and external service providers (contractors, engineers, consultants).
Conduct site inspections to ensure design integrity and adherence to plans during construction.
Secure permits, ensure code compliance, and handle necessary documentation for regulatory bodies.
Recommend materials and finishes that are cost-effective and aligned with brand standards.
Prepare project timelines, cost estimates, and monitor progress.
Support procurement and budgeting processes through accurate quantity take-offs and specifications.
Manage revisions and as-built documentation post-construction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Must be a licensed Architect (PRC).
Additional certifications (e.g., Project Management, Green Building) are an advantage.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project implementation.
Preferably with experience in company or corporate setup, fit-outs, or branch rollouts.
Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office, and Adobe Suite.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Good command of written and verbal communication.
Knowledgeable in construction processes, materials, and building codes.
Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
