Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Conduct regular inspection of kitchen equipment and store facilities
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical and maintenance issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdown
- Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance of the premises
- Assist in installation and repair of store fixtures and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from store management
- Coordinate with external technicians when necessary
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate / Vocational Course
- With experience in maintenance work (restaurant experience is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Must have NC II Certificate.
- Willing to be assigned to different branches if needed
- CAN START ASAP.
