- Lead the Disaster Recovery elements of acquisition discovery and integration projects.
- Conduct detailed analysis of resiliency and recovery functionality in a variety of solution
- architectures
- Formulate, develop, and introduce governance, assessment, and validation methods.
- Identify process improvements and develop remediation strategies when the current path does
- not effectively serve customer needs.

- Play a key role in setting longer-term strategy for key initiatives with a view extending beyond
- the immediate horizon.
- Compliance requirements into recovery test plans, and drive complex test requirements to

- Serve as a technical subject matter expert with domain expertise, influencing continuous
- improvement, process enhancements, and automation with a focus on efficiency, quality and
- adapting to future business needs.
- Information Technology/Computer Science or related post-secondary education
- Mentor other team members and 12-15 years of previous professional experience.
- Disaster Recovery, DevOps, Security, Business Continuity or related work experience
- Project management or coordination experience, ideally PMP certification
- Experience with Cloud-Based Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, SaaS and PaaS
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Kubernetes is an advantage
- Advanced Excel knowledge (including VBA and macro development)
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, 27002, 22301, NIST SP-800, and FFIEC is an advantage
- Solid English verbal and written communication skills are essential;
- Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential
- Experience working in a highly dynamic cross-functional organization is essential
- Certifications related to Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Audit would be an asset
- Experience developing in PowerBI, Postgres, Java, Python, or similar tools is an advantage
