As an Administrative Coordinator at Beepo you are responsible for managing public course enquiries received via the enquiry inbox sending course confirmations cancellations and venue details to registered participants distributing joining instructions and pre-reading materials for confirmed courses issuing course materials and post-course debriefs to attendees processing cancellations transfers and participant substitutions issuing certificates of attendance to fully paid delegates updating the ERP system with no-shows and attendance outcomes sending feedback forms to all course attendees registering certificate delegates on the online portal providing access details for end-of-course exams maintaining quarterly system updates ensuring customers are linked to the correct organizations and apprenticeships contacting apprentices two weeks prior to course commencement confirming attendance updating ERP records for apprentice cancellations notifying next eligible candidate on waiting list.
