    Job Title : Operations Manager – BACHA

    Location : Philippines

    Employment Type : Full-time

    POSITION SUMMARY

    This is a full-time role for a Brand Operations Manager of BACHA (Philippines) :

    • The mandate of this role is to drive the sales revenue for the assigned area(s) and/or brands and manage the sales and merchandising functions. In addition, you will be expected to be actively involved in areas such as sales incentives scheme, P&L management and staff development.
    • Provide responsible and skilled leadership in directing all retail aspects of the Brand in the Area.
    • Direct Store Manager on managerial and operational aspects of the store
    • Direct Store Manager in setting up operational procedures, staff training, customer service and staff general welfare
    • Manage the retail operations, training and visual merchandising aspects of the stores in the area in line with the Brand and Valiram standards.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Increase sales and maximize profitability of the stores in the region. (KPI : Sales & Profits)
    • Ensure all the retail standards in the region are maintained to VG Standards. (KPI : Actual vs target retail standards)
    • Achieve high service standards as per Mystery Shopper score card. (KPI: Mystery Shopper Score)
    • Inventory integrity (KPI : stock losses and stock count)
    • Responsible for Staff Development & training in the stores (KPI: training hours)
    • Responsible to maintain employee engagement & loyalty (KPI: Staff Turnover rates)

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in any discipline.
    • Minimum 10 years of management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment and experience in operations.
    • To have and maintain at all times competent product knowledge thru regular training for staff
    • Quality leadership skills to lead the staff to perform to their fullest potential
    • To possess effective communication skills and team spirit between retail staff and management
    • Build and maintain good rapport with staffs and customers
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Pleasant Personality
    • Excellent communicator
    • Proficient in computer skills
    • Fluent in English, both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is an added advantage.
