Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support.

You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

Expertise in Salesforce CRM Applications:
Assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM Applications.
Collaborative Solution Architecture and

Requirement Detailing:

Collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources in defining, detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture.

Proficient Development and Integration:

Contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers, Lightning Component Framework apps, visual force/lightning pages and API based integrations.

Continuous Learning and Growth:

You'll have access to technical and management training courses to grow your expertise within Salesforce and other areas of interest.

Creation of requirements definition, design documents of AI Agents with reference to use cases
Construction and testing of AI Agents
Creation of requirements definition, design documents of Platform Core components with reference to process flows

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

A Salesforce Developer should have skills and expertise in:

Designing, developing, and testing Salesforce core products such as Sales Cloud and FSC
Strong experience and proficiency in Apex development, Agentforce, and Service Clou/Experience Cloud.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

A Salesforce Developer with experience in:
Agentforce
Apex
Service Cloud / Experience Cloud
