Monitor the capacity, utilization, workload, service level and overall heath of assigned support systems and platforms.
Perform preventive maintenance or servers related to assigned supported systems and platforms.
Provide first level technical support on incidents and technical failures on supported systems and platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related course
With minimum of 6 months working experience in IT related support field
Knowledgeable in basic computer administration
Willing to be assigned or report in different office location site
Willing to work long hours, work in nightshift and on holidays
Preferably with broadcast or media background
