The Accounting and Tax Officer
Maintain accurate accounting records general ledger entries trial balances based on proper journalization of transactions Prepare file BIR returns such as VAT Expanded Withholding Tax Annual Income Tax Return others within prescribed deadlines Manage tax compliance schedules BIR audit documentation requirements Reconcile input output VAT withholding taxes income taxes against ERP records official receipts Monitor tax payments ensure all tax returns submitted paid electronically via eFPS eBIRForms Provide assistance in external internal audits BIR assessments financial report reviews Maintain organized digital hardcopy files for BIR audit readiness internal documentation control Stay updated with changes in Philippine tax laws BIR issuances relevant business regulations.
