- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in a Sales or CS role
- Basic understanding of sales operations, sales training, and best practices
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving successful outcomes
- Experience with sales enablement, training, or onboarding tools is a strong plus
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C-level executives and end users alike
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach to customer challenges
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze usage metrics and translate insights into action plans
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high-touch relationships
- Comfortable learning and explaining AI-powered technologies to non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), customer success platforms, and Project management/tracking tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently without constant oversight
- Genuine passion for customer success and helping others achieve their goals
