Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer (PRC).
- Experience in overall preventive, corrective, routine & emergency maintenance of company facilities.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in maintenance of Fire Fighting System, HVAC System, plumbing, flood control, water pumps, water treatment plant ETC.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Proven experience in heavy industrial equipment maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electro-mechanical systems
- Experience in a railway depot or similar heavy maintenance facility
- Background in both preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Inspecting and maintaining different systems in buildings, equipment, or machinery.
- Creating and implementing maintenance plans to keep equipment and systems in good condition.
- Performs troubleshooting and repair of equipment and facilities and implements corrective action.
- Conduct Trainings to Sub-ordinate.
- Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.
- Making a service report.
- Keeping records of faults and repairs.
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests.
- Supervises the work of subordinates and contractors.
- Request and maintain spare parts.
- Attend the coordination meeting.

Pay: Php24, Php29,000.00 per month
