Overview

We are looking for highly motivated fresh graduates and early-career professionals to join our Management Trainee Program. This is a company-wide rotational role designed to develop future leaders by exposing trainees to different business functions before final department placement.

Trainees will undergo cross-functional rotations across key business units, including Sales, Channel Development, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Strategic Projects. Final department placement will be determined based on performance, strengths assessment, and organizational needs.

This program is suitable for individuals who aspire to take on leadership roles in a fast-growing, performance-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured cross-department rotation program
• Analyze operational and performance data to support management decisions
• Identify workflow gaps and propose improvement solutions
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review
• Work closely with department heads and senior management
• Demonstrate adaptability in different business functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field

• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Willing to learn and work in different departments

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Program Assignment Clause

This role forms part of a structured Management Trainee Program, which is expected to last approximately 12 to 24 months, depending on individual performance and business requirements.

Upon completion of the training phase, the employee will be formally assigned to a department based on performance evaluation and organizational needs. Job scope, responsibilities, and performance expectations will be aligned accordingly and may be updated to reflect the requirements of the final position.
