Rider Customer Support Representative - Metro Manila

Responsibilities:
1. Rider Communication:
Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication with riders, addressing their questions, concerns, and service-related issues.
In-Office Availability:
Commit to working on-site in the office, Monday to Saturday, with the possibility of shift adjustments based on operational needs.
Data Management:
Basic proficiency in Excel and the ability to follow provided templates for accurate data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
Following Scripts:
Strictly adhere to provided scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistent, effective, and clear responses to riders.
Issue Resolution & Follow-Up:
Proactively follow up with riders regarding service requests, ensuring that issues are resolved and riders' concerns are fully addressed.
Ensure that all open cases are closed to the rider's satisfaction and in a timely manner.
Collaboration:
Report regularly to management, including the Operations Manager, and HR, with updates on rider concerns, feedback, and service trends.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to resolve rider issues or improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a call center handling customer service, rider support, or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage riders in a positive, professional manner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and ensuring rider satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software.
Others:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
- Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional rider support.
- Calm under pressure, with a professional demeanor. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Amenable to reporting onsite in Makati
- Amenable to a Monday–Saturday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
