    About This Role

    We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer - Procurement Officer to join our team at SEAOIL, the largest and leading independent fuel company in the country. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, canvassing, and purchasing construction, repairs, maintenance, and hardware materials for our operations.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    1. Receive and review approved purchase requests and Affiliate/Organization Purchase Requisition Slips (PRS) thoroughly considering lead time, specifications, stock on hand, monthly consumption, and requested quantity.
    2. Facilitate canvassing for various items including station supplies & consumables, hardware materials, construction and aggregate, automotive parts, safety equipment, calibration (tank flow meter), and operating supplies and equipment for stations, depots, and vessels.
    3. Analyze and evaluate quotations based on specifications, price, payment terms, delivery lead time, warranty, and legal considerations.
    4. Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials that meet specifications at the lowest possible cost.
    5. Create Purchase Orders (PO) in the NetSuite system, obtain approval from the Senior Manager, and communicate with suppliers via email.
    6. Maintain good relationships with suppliers.

    Your Qualifications

    • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of experience in Procurement.
    • Strong background in Cost Estimation within the Construction Industry.
