Job summary
The ideal candidate is a team player with at least 2 years of solid experience in documentation review.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely and accurate review of agreements to be entered into with client counterparties with focus on compliance/ regulatory, operational, commercial and credit aspects.
- Main coordinator/liaison officer for matters requiring consultation with Operations, Credit/ Credit Risk Management, Compliance and Legal Counsels.
