    Summary:

    The Integration Consultant is primarily responsible for the delivery of assigned Professional Services projects as defined in a Scope of Work or written proposal. Typical projects include business software implementation (e.g., Corepoint Integration Engine, Rhapsody Integration Engine, Rhapsody Identity, or Rhapsody Semantic products) and workflow consulting, development, testing and implementation of application integrations.

    Additional duties typically include testing and providing feedback on product features and assisting with product training on an as-needed basis.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop, test, and deploy product installations and integrations for assigned Professional Services projects
    • Provide occasional go-live and implementation support after normal business hours, as needed
    • Serve as a consulting technical resource for other Rhapsody Health teams on an as-needed basis
    • Participate in product QA testing and feedback cycles for continuous product improvement
    • Participate in Professional Services team Continuous Improvement initiatives on an as-needed basis
    • Participate in formal education program content creation and training delivery on an as-needed basis
    • Serve as liaison between sales accounts team, project management team and clients, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of opportunities, risks, and overall customer satisfaction

    Job Requirements:

    • Undergraduate degree in an IT, engineering, or computer science related field, or other concentrations with equivalent technical work experience of 1+ years
    • Minimum of 2+ years of technical experience with real-world implementation and/or development projects
    • Previous experience in implementing healthcare data integration software and/or ETL technology, preferably in hospital, health, or vendor environments. Rhapsody Integration Engine experience preferred
    • Solid understanding of the healthcare industry, clinical workflow processes, and familiarity with messaging standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
    • Proficiency in system integration, including web-based user interface integration (HTTP(S)) and messaging integration (e.g., XML, HL7, FHIR, REST, SOAP)
    • Experience with RDBMS databases, particularly SQL, and confidence in interacting with Microsoft SQL Server & Oracle platforms (preferred)
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, server operating systems, multi-tier web-based architectures, and browser-based diagnostic tools is a plus
