    Assistant Property Manager

    Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Manila Time), Monday to Friday

    As we expand our team, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join us.

    This role provides a unique opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in Australian property management who thrive in a remote work environment.


    Responsibilities:

    Tenant Relations:

    • Manage tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease agreements through effective communication.
    • Conduct virtual property tours, coordinate showings, and ensure a smooth tenant onboarding process.

    Property Maintenance:

    • Collaborate with maintenance teams to address property related issues promptly.
    • Schedule and conduct routine property inspections, ensuring compliance with standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and resolutions.

    Financial Management:

    • Assist in rent collection, financial reporting, and budgeting.
    • Coordinate with accounting for timely processing of financial transactions.
    • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to property owners.

    Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative assistance to the Property Manager, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing virtual meetings.
    • Ensure accurate and organized digital documentation using property management software.

    Requirements:

    Experience:

    • Proven experience as an Assistant Property Manager, preferably in a remote work setting.
    • Familiarity with Property Me, Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, and
    • Experienced with Short term and Long term rental/ Airbnb & VRBO

    Skills:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to multitask and work independently.


    Work Environment:
    This is a permanent work-from-home position.
    A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required.


    Training:
    Paid training will be provided for a duration of 4 to 8 weeks, covering relevant tools and processes.


    Tech Stack:


    Proficiency in Property Me, Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, , Airbnb, and VRBO is essential for success in this role.
