- Brand Voice Development: Establish distinct tones of voice for our different brands (e.g., Clinical/Scientific for Skincare vs. Playful/Fun for Body Care).
- Concepting: Partner with the Art Directors to brainstorm "Big Ideas" for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Packaging & NPD: Write product names, claims, and back-of-pack copy that complies with regulatory standards while sounding appealing.
- QC: Review content calendars from the marketing team to ensure the brand voice remains consistent across all touchpoints.
What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience in an Agency setting.
- Portfolio Requirement: Must show a mix of long-form (Brand Story/Manifesto), short-form (Headlines/Ads), and technical/product copy.
- Industry Fit: Experience in Beauty, Wellness, or FMCG is critical. You need to know the difference between "Hydrating" and "Moisturizing" and how to sell it.
- Experience working with E-commerce brands is a plus
- Ability to switch voices instantly between different target markets.
