DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Secures documents from Government entities:
Certified true copy of TCT/CCT/Tax Declaration;
Tax Clearance;
Other Certifications (SEC, HLURB, etc.)
2. Processes annotations: from submission of documents and payments to RDs of annotation fees.
3. Processes/Draft and serves NTV's and assist in Holding Inventory.
4. Assists in notarization and notarial submission of reports/documents at Pasay City Hall.
5. Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be a graduate of any course from a reputable college or university.
2. Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience doing liaison work with Government agencies and other
private sector.
3. Must be focused, driven, team player.
4. Can work under pressure.
5. With acceptable oral and written communications skills.
6. With good presentation and facilitation skills; computer literate.
