Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Store Development Officer to spearhead our physical retail expansion. You will be the key driver in bringing our brand to new markets-managing the end-to-end process of launching new stores, from site identification to grand opening celebrations and brand activation events. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning empty spaces into vibrant retail destinations, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities:

New Store Opening Management Lead site selection and feasibility studies, including market analysis, competitor mapping, and foot traffic assessment. Coordinate with landlords, contractors, and designers to ensure store design aligns with brand standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver stores on schedule and within budget.
Grand Launch & Event Execution Plan and execute memorable grand opening events-including VIP previews, live performances, and media coverage. Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to drive buzz and foot traffic for new store launches. Organize in-store promotions, celebrity appearances, and community engagement activities.
Brand Activation & Exhibits Develop and manage pop-up stores, mall exhibits, and trade show participations to increase brand visibility. Create immersive brand experiences that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Coordinate logistics, staffing, and promotional materials for each activation.

4 Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Merchandising to plan product assortments tailored to each new store's location. Liaise with Operations and HR to recruit, train, and onboard store teams ahead of opening. Partner with Visual Merchandising to ensure store setup and displays reflect brand identity.

Reporting & Analysis Track post-launch performance metrics (sales, foot traffic, customer feedback) for continuous improvement. Prepare project debriefs and insights to refine future store opening strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience in retail store development, project management, or event management (preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail).
Proven track record of managing multiple store openings or large-scale brand events from conception to execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (English and Filipino).
Willingness to travel extensively nationwide.
