• Ensure timely submission of all trainings reports monthly to Toyota Motor Philippines
• Ensure Monthly Dealer Sales
• Ensure submission of trainings to be conducted on a monthly basis and during quarterly examinations.
• Attend schedule seminars and trainings
• Plan, Shedule and conducts regular trainings daily/weekly / monthly
• Develop instructional material for sales trainees
• Conducts feedback session to direct reports (positive and development)
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

• 8-hour shift
• Overtime
